Great restaurant in Chinatown, always get a set menu as comes with huge portions and lots of variety. We end up getting boxes to takeaway the leftovers

Food was quite good. Sweet and sour was really good and the sizzling pork in sweet sauce was amazing. We didn't love the crispy aromatic duck, it seemed like it was lacking flavour. The noodles and egg fried rice were nice. I wouldn't say the staff are super friendly, but they were not rude either. Chinese tea was nice. Probably slightly cheaper than other restaurants in the area, I would recommend.

Went for lunch with children, thoroughly enjoyed by all. We usually visit the Golden Dragon but the queue was very long so opted for Ruyi instead and we wasn't disappointed all the dishes were tasty, hot and plentyful! The crispy duck and crispy chilli beef were our favourites, probably the best we've ever had from anywhere. Will definitely visit again

We opted for the set menu for 2. Food came out as starters plenty of choice, then we had crispy duck followed by the main we had egg fried rice and 3 dishes. Food very fresh and tasted delicious very happy we chose to eat here.

The roast duck was really really good and very well priced compared to other restaurants nearby. Service was fast and good, and the duck was still fresh even if we went for a late night dinner after watching a musical. They take the last orders at 1 and allowed us to stay until 2am.

Nothing wrong here. Good old fashioned chinese grub. It was at a good price, big portions as well.

Loved my time here. Friendly staff and really recommended coming here. Tried the chicken steamed buns and they were delicious. The sweet and sour chicken was perfect and the fritters were tasty. Would come here again

During a recent visit, I found the atmosphere unpretentious yet welcoming, perfect for families like Jade Homer who enjoyed a lunch surrounded by tasty and plentiful dishes. The egg fried rice and assorted mains were meticulously prepared, exuding freshness and delightful tastes—truly a feast for the senses.

However, while the food shines, some guests have pointed out that the service could be a touch more amiable.
